Aluminum extrusion is a process to shape aluminum in any given form. Extrusion takes place in an aluminum extruder, a machine in which a heated block of aluminum is pressed in a mold.

The mold is made especially for the customer, with the specifications given by the customer. The machines used for making the mold are modern and of high quality. To shape the mold to your specifications we need a sample or a drawing (preferably in auto-CD). The mold is made exclusively for the customer, and is not used for orders from other customers. Before a complete order is pressed a test-pressing takes place of which a sample will be send to the customer for approval. We can press profiles up to a size of 280mm. This has got to do with the pressure our extruder can generate. The extruding options are very diverse. For instance, it is possible to extrude very dense profiles, but also hefty and large profiles are possible. The only limit is the maximum size of 280mm.

To be able to deliver for the lowest prices, our minimum order size is 20Mton. Our specialist check both the production and the final product so you can be sure that the product meets the quality standards.
